Over the next few weeks leading up to NFTE NY Metro’s Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge (YEC) Semi-Finals happening June 4th, we will be profiling every student participating in YEC. Stay Tuned. Today, we are profiling Kevon B, CEO of Elete Sports Max.
Kevon is a sophomore at August Martin High School. His business, Elete Sports Max, customizes knee braces to protect and help with the healing process of soccer players. Elete Sports Max aims to protect soccer players from common accidents they face. The two advantages of Elete Sports Max are: 1) The knee braces will be lighter and adjustable 2) They will also contain a medicated inner fabric that can be removed and washed after players get sweaty and the brace becomes odorous. Kevon is qualified to manage and control this business because he is an avid soccer player.
